Communication Coordinator

REMOTE

The Communication Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing content needed for the organization’s communication strategy. Key responsibilities include creating and coordinating outward facing content such as social media, podcasts, websites, newsletters, and support for fundraising campaigns. This position will gather stories and analyze campaign results to improve effectiveness. This role requires strong writing, administrative, and planning skills to ensure a consistent and positive message across all platforms. Occasional travel is required.

Classification: Full time Remote

Responsibilities

·      Draft written content for various platforms, such as website copy, blog posts, and newsletters. 

·      Help develop and execute overall communications including calendar, socials, email campaigns and events. 

·      Coordinate print marketing and promotions such as one sheets, brochures, promotional flyers, and other printed       materials.

·      Organize and maintain photo, video, and story archive. Responsible for soliciting, and organizing testimonials and photos of volunteers, donors, and staff for us in various communications. Ensures signed photo releases are secured and documented.

·      Edit photos and videos for different formats and platforms. 

·      Track and report on analytics of communications campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and recommend improvements. 

·      Ensure all communications materials and efforts align with the organization’s brand and messaging goals. 

·      Coordinate communication and scheduling with MarCom vendors to ensure on-time deliverables.

·      Prepare on-demand short run branded collateral & maintain staff platform for brand fidelity.

·      Ensure the organization’s commitment to national and global representation is present and consistent throughout collateral

·      Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

  • A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which is naturally communicated through words and actions.
  • A personal passion for evangelism (the spiritual gift of evangelism is not required).
  • Support, uphold, and act in ways that align with Stonecroft’s Statement of Faith, Christian Living Statement, and Core Values in all behavior, communication, and relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or -related degree is desired.
  • 2+ years working in a Non-profit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft clear and engaging content.
  • Strong project and time management abilities to handle multiple last and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Experience with content management systems (Page proof experience preferrable), social media platforms, and analytic tools. 
  • Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly preferred;
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
