Fulfillment Specialist

Mineola, TX

Primary Position Responsibility: This position is responsible for maintaining the Stonecroft fulfillment center by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, picking, packaging and shipping resources. This position also serves as customer support for the Stonecroft shop and supplies for Stonecroft groups. 

Reports to: Director of Operations

Classification: Non-exempt, Part Time 10-20 hours depending on seasonal demand. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
  • Pick, pack and ship products according to customer specifications.
  • Unload inventory orders and restock shelves.
  • Maintain, track, count and order inventory.
  • Correspond with customers through email and phone as needed for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and order shipping and other needed supplies.
  • Inspect picked items for damage or other issues and ensure they meet quality requirements before packaging.
  • Handle unexpected issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Follow policies and procedures stated in the Stonecroft Staff Handbook. 

Qualifications:

  • A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which is naturally communicated through words and actions.
  • A personal passion for evangelism (the spiritual gift of evangelism is not required).
  • Proven work experience as a fulfillment coordinator or similar role.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • High school diploma 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with inventory and shipping management systems preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
