Program and Project Coordinator
Primary Position Responsibility: This position is responsible for driving Stonecroft’s projects to completion through proper procedure and coordination across departments. A key part of this role is contributing to innovative solutions that improve how we create and scale our resources and program development.
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Communications
Classification: Non-Exempt – Part-time 15 to 22 hours
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate to refresh and/or upgrade current ministry outreach resources as needed, ensuring resources are on mission with Stonecroft vision, mission, values, and strategic plan.
- Monitor ongoing resource product quality and coordinate with relevant departments and vendors to address quality issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication, while proactively tracking milestones and identifying risks to ensure timely execution.
- Support the design, testing, and launch of new and updated programs and products by following best practices of product development. This includes contributing to idea generation support, idea screening, concept development, testing, and business analysis. Ensure all efforts are executed efficiently and incorporate global accessibility considerations in the design of resources and programs.
- Serves as Entrepreneurial Operating System facilitator for Marketing and Communications department to make sure all EOS processes are followed by all.
- Follow policies and procedures stated in the Stonecroft Staff Handbook.

Qualifications:
- A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ which is naturally communicated through words and actions.
- A personal passion for evangelism (the spiritual gift of evangelism is not required).
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to multitask, prioritize and follow-through.
- Experience working cross-functionally with departments
- Positive, “can-do” attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail; high degree of initiative.
- 2+ years of experience driving innovative initiatives and projects.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in product development.
- 2+ years of project management experience in a non-profit.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is highly preferred; certification or prior facilitation experience is a strong plus.
- 2+ years of project management experience in a non-profit.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
