Primary Position Responsibilities: The Group Mobilizer strengthens and expands Stonecroft’s Gospel-sharing ministry by helping launch and support volunteer-led groups, coordinating the rollout of Outreach programs and resources, and serving as a key connection between group leaders, volunteers, and Home Office. This role provides guidance, communication, field support, and collaboration to ensure groups are equipped, aligned with Stonecroft’s strategic plan, and effective in advancing the mission of evangelism. This position requires a minimum of 4 nationwide trips per year to work with Outreach groups and at least 8 days per year for bi-annual All Staff Gatherings.

Classification: Exempt, Full time Remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Mobilizes the opening of new group initiatives in alignment with Stonecroft’s Strategic plan. 
• Oversees the effective coordination and national rollout of Outreach programs, projects, and resources for the advancement of the ministry. Leads the planning and implementation of specific outreach programs/projects with key volunteers.
• Uses discernment and ministry tools to support the start of a new group through discussion around community needs, leader capacity, and prayer in collaboration with the Stonecroft volunteer structure.
• Sets reasonable expectations for Stonecroft groups regarding National Office support and serves as a liaison for questions, concerns, and ideas between volunteers and National Office as necessary.
• Collaborates with the MarCom team to provide groups with streamlined, nationally branded content and resources.
• Arranges regular communication of programmatic updates, policies, and procedures to appropriate groups and key leaders.  
• Travels to work with groups in the field to ensure new programs are rolled out effectively. 
• Works alongside the Director of Outreach to develop and execute annual goals and budgets that support the ministry’s strategic plan.  
• Analyzes, monitors, and evaluates the effectiveness of the current Stonecroft Group mission alignment. Adjust approaches and process to scale appropriately. 
• Collaborates with the Outreach Team in circumstances where additional training and/or mentoring needs to occur.  
• Serves as a representative of Stonecroft at events as needed, including but not limited to speaking at key events as approved by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Passion for seeing others begin a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and grow in that relationship
• Demonstrated commitment to evangelism
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience galvanizing a group of people towards an established mission and vision.
• 2+ years of experience in a non-profit setting
• 2+ years of experience working with volunteers
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and ability to quickly learn new computer software
• Committed to delegation and teamwork.  
• Takes initiative to be self-directed and self-motivated in job related tasks. 
• Strong team-building skills
• Follows policies and procedures stated in the Stonecroft Staff Handbook.
